[Resolved] Redbus — booking time issue via redbus app | |
Pnr no: 72789510, I selected the bust to start the departure at 10march, 11:59pm and selected the second pickup point in the city which was nearer to my house. So obviously the pick up time will be beyond 12 midnight and it showed 12:35 am as pickup time. After making the payment the the app booked tickets for 10march 00:35am. This is a big bug in their system and the customer support is even pathetic rude and adamant didn’t want to understand this issue actually didn’t understand, dudds. Was this information helpful? | |
