[Resolved] Redbus — bus booking from agra | |||
I have booked six ticket from Agra to Delhi. The reporting time was 4:15 at TDI mall Agra. The bus did not reach till 4:45. We were taken in auto about three kilometres to another destination where we waited for 1 hour more. The bus did not start yet. When we requested the company official, he missed behaved and acted irresponsibly. Asked us to question redBus company, not to them. Now, it is 5:53z the bus has not taken from the pickup point as if now. I here by will file a consumer protection complaint against your company as I have all photograph and videos against your worst service. Was this information helpful? | |||
