I've booked a ticket logged in by an old email address of "[protected]@gmail.com" and reserved a seat on a bus for traveling from jeypore to gunupur, the following are the details, Passenger : mr saichand Seat no: 9 Pnr:o3369340 Ticket number: tjcv59286458 Contact no: [protected] On the date of journey, the "bus did not arrive to the station" and while enquired at the counter, i've been told that the bus has been cancelled. While i contact the redbus service number, i've been told that this matter is forwarded and i shall be contacted or matter be solved within 2days of time, I waited for few days and again called to enquire, i've been responded just as same as the last time, since then i've been waiting for their contactor refund of my payment.
