[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled and still not get my refund

I booked a bus from gorakhpur to kota 31 august 2019. Bus cancelled without prior information... After that i was said that i will get my refund within 2 days.. I called redbus many times but they didn't respond... After a long time call connected... I filled a complaint but no such action has been taken till now... My ticket no. Is tn9v21800962... And i my case id is[protected].. Help me
