[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled automatically | |
We booked from chennai to rameshwaram and rameshwaram to chennai via redbus. Unfortunately the return was cancelled due to bus cancellation. The travels said that they didn't have enough passengers to travel. So they cancelled the bus. We stuck in rameshwaram and we can't get back to our home. We called redbus they said they are working on it for the past 8hrs. Every time they said, "please wait we'll reach you with in 2hrs sir" and i called after every two hours. No response.. Waste website portal. Poor customer services

Our bus has been changed without any information from Redbus. And the bus which we were given was too dirty and unhygienic. The bus belonged to Trishul Transports. We are not at all satisfied by the service.
