I have booked two tickets in kallada travels from thiruvananthapuram to thiruvarur on 09/08/2018. The bus got cancelled at last minute due to the demise of karunanidhi and the cash wasn't refunded yet. What is the refund status? I have done a booking at 17 july 2016, my account was debited by rs 1060 but the booking was cancled due to server problem. I have contacted redbus so much time about refund but still no satisfied answer were given
