[Resolved] Redbus — bus cancelled refund | |
I booked a ticket in kpn travels for today[protected] from pollachi to chennai @9pm. I received call from travels that the bus was cancelled. So i cancelled the ticket and rs.370 will be processed. Since the travels itself cancelled the bus, they asked me to request you to get the full ticket amount to be refunded. So kindly take my request and refund me the remaining amount as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |
