[Resolved] Redbus — bus i booked had broken down in 6th of february. but red bus is not giving me refund

I booked a bus in red bus.in on 6th of february from sathi pallu 507303 to hyderabad, telangana. But the bus got broke down and i was forced to buy another ticket in another bus service for my travel that to in worst hours after 11 pm. And even after raising a complaint with red bus, the website people are not providing me a refund for the worst experience i have gone.
