Hello, My name is Kalauddin Khan, I booked a ticket from red bus apps from Mori Gate (Delhi) to Gorakhpur on March 24, 2020.
My ticket no. was TP4P78458657

Fare- 640.8
Seat No. 13
Bus is not running from their origin point and operator was not respondin at call, his number was switched off during schedule time.
Despite being canceled, They neither gave me any information nor mailed it.
i want my refund.

As per my knowledge red bus won't ask for such details. And refund is possible if transaction is done by credit /debit card
