[Resolved]  Redbus — bus not came money refund

Dear red bus team,

I have booked online in red bus site by universal travels on 19th jan 2019 traveling date 19th jan 2019 10.30 pm mayiladuthurai to chennai but i am not travel the universal travels we are waiting 10.30pm unable to contact boarding point mobile number which is switched off. More than 2 hrs we are waiting there the bus not came and nobody call me. So kindly cancel and refund my paid money (2010 rs). Please find the below ticket details.
