[Resolved] Redbus — bus services not provided as per ticket | |||||
On 19Aug 17 I planned to travel from Lucknow to Agra. I made a ticket through redbus in sahara travels. But on the day of departure my bus was automatically changed to Amar travels and I was told that if I will not travel in Amar travels bus than they will cancel the ticket. I have attached my ticket which I made for sahara travels. I is against T&C of a company and I want monetary compensation from the company. Was this information helpful? | |||||
