Dear sir/ madam, I have cancelled my red bus ticket on 4th march 2018 but still now i did not get my refund amount. I have raised call log from red bus customer care but they are not bothering about my payment. Red bus customer care service is very worst. Please find the details below, Ticket booked bus name : k.
