[Resolved] Redbus — cash back offers not received on booking the bus ticket

I have booked the ticket using cashback offer coupon,
& it was showing that the amount will be refunded to your account.
But nothing has been refunded in my account & its not even showing in my redbus wallet.

For ticket id TNBR88333931 cashback of Rs 171.58 has been credited to account registered with email id [protected]@gmail.com

Amount deducted from my account but seat was not booked at the same time I booked the same seat by paying again but i did nt get my refund of my first payment
