Dear sir i am not happy with redbus service i had very bad experience with raju travel (Indo express) My boarding time was 11:55 pm I am sending the details of my ticket and travel. Due to that delay i lost my customer faith. Route: chandigarh to jammu Ticket no: tm4f75751994 Pnr: 43z8rurz Travels: indo express Departure: 11:55 pm mar 16, 2018 Seat numbers: 18 Total fare paid: rs.1299.0 Boarding point: mohali phase2 Landmark: near petrol pump Address: raju travels (Indo express), sco-79, first floor, phase-2, near bassi theatre, Kindly look into this and reimburse my valuable money.in future i will not book my ticket through redbus.
