[Resolved] Redbus — dropping point issue

I have taken khushi travels just for the sake of the dropping point (Shollinganallur). It was near my home only but that traveller dropped me 20 km before my dropping point saying that this is the last stoppage.
I have spent 1000 rs just for one seat from bangalore to chennai thinking of reaching it by 6 hours but it took 10 hours. No ac, no water, no pillow was provided inside the bus. Shameless redbus travellers.

Updated by Sneh Lata shilpi I am not a begger that you are paying me Rs 250 for all the problems I faced during that worst journey of my life. I want my complete money back. I am not going to pay even a single rupee to that shameless Khushi travels and not even to you.
I Paid 2000 rupees total for bangalore to sholinganallur(chennai), not for getting dropped anywhere according to the drivers mood.
Just refund my money and I'll make sure none of my friend ever book a bus with redbus.
Redbus is the worst company I have ever seen and the behaviour of your customer care person is even more worse.
