Redbus — due to some bus issue bus operator left us on road

Address:Chirag travels, paldi cross road, Ahmedabad, 382424

I booked ticket from ahmedabad-pune at 1300 rs in chirag travels from red bus
The bus have some issue so on road at early morning bus leave us on road and asked us to shift on any bus coming from back
So we are shiftd to falguni travels and in which we are not even provided seats and we are seating in the gallery area

On asking refund on red bus help chat it says that it can't help you with that

One more fake and dramatic lie on this platform they tried reaching me
When i didnt receive a single call from Redbus

If you really want to reach me you can directly reach me at[protected] or [protected]@gmail.com
But neither i received call nor i receive any mail

Also,

"Please reach out to us at [protected]@redbus.in for any further help.""

Where is your mail id "Protected " and if it is protected how can i reach to you
Red bus cant even provide proper service to communicate with them what they will provide service to me for my journey
