Redbus — due to some bus issue bus operator left us on road

I booked ticket from ahmedabad-pune at 1300 rs in chirag travels from red bus
The bus have some issue so on road at early morning bus leave us on road and asked us to shift on any bus coming from back
So we are shiftd to falguni travels and in which we are not even provided seats and we are seating in the gallery area
On asking refund on red bus help chat it says that it can't help you with that
