[Resolved]  Redbus — failed transaction

I had booked a ticket but the transaction failed and the amount was deducted and there was no msg about refund even after 5 days

But there is no option to contact customer services for refund status. Or the transaction info don't allow to chat regarding failed case.
Whom can i contact regarding the refund info

However we see ticket id TN8P52933924 was successfully booked on 25th July 2019 and ticket details were forwarded to registered contact details. In case you had used other email id for booking ticket, kindly share it with us at [protected]@redbus.in.
