I had booked a ticket but the transaction failed and the amount was deducted and there was no msg about refund even after 5 days Date - 25/07/19 Vignesh tat travels Failed transaction - bil/onl/[protected]/redbus/wwwredbusin8 Amount 3570 Mail id - [protected]@rediffmail.com But there is no option to contact customer services for refund status. However on checking with the email id shared, we do not find any failed transaction. However we see ticket id TN8P52933924 was successfully booked on 25th July 2019 and ticket details were forwarded to registered contact details.
