[Resolved]  Redbus — failed transaction refund

Dear sir,

I have booked the ticket for my team from pondicherry to hyderabd on 01.06.2018. But the transaction was failed two times.
And the amount of rs.6000 & 6247 was debited from my account as per below reference id. Till date, it is not refunded to my account.
Pls check & clear the same..

On 13th of june 2018, i was booking ticket from pune to goa of chirag travels.while doing payment, i have selected upi .money was deducted from my accont .but my ticket was not booked.so plz refund my money as soon as possible.

Hi Team, i would request for a refund of 714 for the transaction made yesterday i.e on 16th june'18, for redbus where unfortunately by the time the payment was done for a seat, seat was taken, yet the payment went through but the seat was not received..please find the attached transaction id for the same .
