FRAUD BY RED BUS.NO BUS AVAILBLE WITH THE NAME I BOOKED AND WRONG CALLING NO PROVIDED.CUSTOMER CARE LIED AND WASTED MY BILL BY KEEPING CALL ON HOLD AND TOLD ME TO WAIT FOR REVERT.CALLLED 4 TIME .I NEED MY MONEY BACK AND PHONE BILL in my account and the lost I make in my career . AS I HAVE TO REACH kolKATA ANYHOW BCZ OF MEDICAL TEST BEFORE JOINING. After I reached BUS STAND before 8:30
called on no provided ..operator told this is not correct no .then contact ticket agent they informed there is no bus royal cruiser at 8:30

wasted 80 RS with customer care but no result called 4 time but they kept on hold and lied I will get call back in 15 min.
total unsatisfactory as I have to reach Kolkata anyhow by tomorrow .now what to do.
