17th march sunday, boarding time 4.10pm
We made the booking on 17 march for the above itinerary, and we were at the boarding point well ahead of the boarding time. We didn't receive any call from the on board bus organizer, as time passed 10 mins beyond the boarding time i called the redbus buddy and inquired the same about the bus arrival. Redbus buddy contacted the bus operators bo and informed us that the bus will arrive in next 20min that is around 4.40pm (Registered in request no: 7668655).
We further waited and then again called the buddy helpline at 4.50pm and this time they contacted the bus operators bo and said that the bus has already left, request no: 7668838 was created at the same moment seeking for full refund.
This was utterly a communication problem because of which we missed the bus and then we sorted for an alternative transport.
The later request is still pending with redbus side for which am making followup calls regularly but nothing is happening. Please help me getting the full refund of the ticket amount as we missed the bus due to technical errors with operator side.
