[Resolved]  Redbus — I haven't received my refund

On 26 january i booked my ticket on red bus ( jaipur to delhi) and ticket amount was 415Rs and red bus cancelled my ticket on the same day and message send on my mobile no in 2-7 days they refund my money and I didn't cancel my ticket and they charge 40 Rs as cancellation amount and one week has passed and I want to know my refund status and as soon as possible please refund my money.
