[Resolved] Redbus. In & Svr Travels — passengers drinking in bus

Bus is worst and is not worth the ticket pricing. I have booked three tickets from hyderabad to belgaum, date of travel: 8-2-2018. Passengers before our seats started drinking and we have informed driver about this. Driver said drinking is not allowed in the bus and kept quiet. We asked him to go and stop it. He says, he is the driver and he can't stop it. Bus no. Is ar01h5212 boarded at 7:20pm at miyapur, hyderabad

I'm so sorry, complaint is not about Redbus, it's about Yatra.com and I don't know how the complaint got Redbus in it. I'll try to change it or I'll raise a new one. Thank you!
