I booked a travel bus from kanpur to delhi on 11 nov 2018 by red bus app (Safar express tour and travels). Before one week agent call me n said bus has been cancelled by bus owner so u can’t travel on that particular bus.. Refund will be back with in a week. On red bus app trip details was showing in cancelled list upto 11th nov 2018 and from 12th nov onward it’s showing in completed trip. I face lots of inconvenience due to this cancellation. No one inform me n call me agn all these things. I wanna back my refund asap.
