[Resolved] Redbus — informed me bus has been cancelled but now showing in completed trip in red bus app, wanna back my refund

I booked a travel bus from kanpur to delhi on 11 nov 2018 by red bus app (Safar express tour and travels). Before one week agent call me n said bus has been cancelled by bus owner so u can’t travel on that particular bus.. Refund will be back with in a week. On red bus app trip details was showing in cancelled list upto 11th nov 2018 and from 12th nov onward it’s showing in completed trip. I face lots of inconvenience due to this cancellation. No one inform me n call me agn all these things. I wanna back my refund asap. Verified Support Nov 21, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Khushboo, Greetings from redBus !!! We understand that you must be highly disappointed, but truly, it is never our intention to cause any trouble to our customers. Refund of Rs 962.00 has been credited back to source account on November 13th 2018. In case refund is not reflecting in your account, kindly contact relevant bank with bank ARN "74332748318831714792283". Bank will assist you further with refund details.
