[Resolved] Redbus — issue refund asap due to bus got cancelled

I booked ticket for 20/3/2020 from pune to kolhapur. Got to know bus is canceled due to corona. When i called at boarding point travel agency. Instead of refund status mail i m receiving the mail asking about travel experience. Kindly check it out and plz refund asap.

I got a call and mail as well from redbus. They said they will give the refund, i need to collect it from nearest depo. Thank you.

As discussed on the call, we request you to visit the nearest MSRTC counter with valid id proof and ticket copy to collect a refund. As per MSRTC T&C refunds are settled from MSRTC's end at their counter.
