[Resolved] Redbus — issues faced in bus | |
I booked bus from red bus app from basti to delhi on 15th march 2020 in shree gorkhnath yatra but they changed my bus at the last moment into dhanji travel low rate bus. So in dhanji travel they didn't give us neither blanket nor water bottle. So cause of either high temperature ac or switched off ac suffocation, my wife got hospitalized. Therefore i want red bus take action against bus service and refund fare plus hospital charge i. E. Rs. 7500 asap. Was this information helpful? | |
