[Resolved]  Redbus — I've not received refund

I had booked a ticket from trichy to chennai on 9th sep 11.55pm for a bus belonging to jeya murugan travels via redbus. The bus was unduly delayed by 2 hours without any intimation from redbus and the operator. Finally, in the middle of the night i took another bus and reached chennai. I had asked for a refund of my money, since it was redbus and the operators fault for delaying the bus. But, still now there is no proper response from redbus.
