[Resolved] Redbus — karthik travels ticket cancellation policy | |||
Dear team, I book the ticket from redbus (Ticket number :tmdc[protected] on 17dec2018 4.30 pm instead of 24dec2018 thats my mistake. Bus will start at around 9.50 pm from the bus stop which selected by me and it is more than 5 hours time is there to catch the bus. When i am trying to cancel the ticket its telling before 3.30 pm only need to cancellation/reshedule How this policy will workout if the time is more than 5 hours to catch the bus kindly please do the changes on this. Otherwise give the cancellation/reshedule option atleast for the bus operator. Please do the needful on this. And this is very worst policy because other government services are giving the time till one hour of bus start time. Was this information helpful? | |||

I have checked the policy of this ticket TMDC66380336 and unfortunately am unable to cancel it, as the cancellation time-frame expired. The policy has been mentioned on the E ticket which was sent to you at the time of booking. We would alos like to inform you that the cancellation policy is operator dependent and redbus has no control over it. I am hoping that we have resolved the issue to your satisfaction.
