[Resolved] Redbus — misbehaviour | |||
I have a complaint to be made on kgn travels. My name is mano... I had booked it with my friend’s app. Travel date was on 17th. There was a girl customer in our bus and since she was the only girl in the bus, she felt uncomfortable to travel further and she wanted to get down from the bus at the next stop which is electronic city bangalore but the kgn employees / driver, who were also drunk didn’t let the girl get down at electronic city and she was so scared since the light was not on in the bus. Then i had to fight with them to get her down in bangalore itself. So unprofessional. It could have let to much worse too. Regards Mano Was this information helpful? | |||
