[Resolved]  Redbus — money refund

Hi... This is g. V. Hare haaren i had booked my bus ticket from bangalore to madurai (2/5/2018), but i cancelled my ticket, till i didn't t get my refund amount. Ticket no:tm5v21454985, its delayed for past 10days rs. 990. Why this much delay u said that within 5-7working days. But still going not yet refunded my amount. Whats the reason? Plzz refund the amount as soon as possible help me to get back...

Alternatively, you can view information regarding the bus operator’s cancellation policy, on the M-Ticket sent to you at the time of booking.

You can also cancel your tickets and check the refund status on the redBus website or mobile application.

I have booked tickets via phonepe on 26-4-18 . The redbus website itself cancelled tickets due to unavailability of seats.but still we didn't received any amount or atleast response. Referral ticket id was12274106. And transaction id was T1804262053156810828037
