[Resolved] Redbus — money refund | |||||
On 10.10.2018, i tried to book bus tickets (Twice) and the amount got deducted from my account. However, ticket was not booked. Initially they told to refund the same in 7 days. After 7 days there was no sight of money coming back. I tried to contact their customer care, but there was no response. I contacted them through e-mail, they have requested for account details and the same was provided on 06.11.2018. Even now neither i received response from red bus customer care nor money.
