Money was deducted from my account but no tickets were given. I have recieved the below message but not yet recieved the money after 15 working days "your refund request of rs 1333.00 against proposal no: [protected] received from ibibo group private limited has been processed on your card, and will reflect in your account within 10 working days." The normal turn around time for the refund to reflect is 7 bank working days.
