[Resolved] Redbus — neither pick up me from my boarding plane nor called me to board | |||
Your services is very very poor. I booked ticket from rinku travel from guirgoan to jaipur for dated 30 october, bus time 4.15 am, pnr no.[protected] seat no. L-4, hr shah. The bus neither called me nor pick up me from rajiv chowk. I waited there from $ am to % am and called 3 times o red bus customer care but no but every time customer care said pl wait bus is coming, bus driver will call you. He gave me driver no.. I called many times on that no then for long time someone pickup my call then he give me driver no., driver said he has no information of your booking, i said m standing at rajiv chok since 4 am and now time is 4.30 am, he said he reached manesar he unable pick up me. Further he said he has not information of my booking so he could not picked up me. Due to your poor services i suffered very much. Finally i hired private texi and reached jaipur. I booked two tickets on 09/10/2019. On the day bus was cancelled due to some technical difficulties. I tried to call red bus customer service number. And sent mail several times. But till today i not received the money. Please return my ticket amount from jeypore to rajahmundry.
