[Resolved] Redbus — No help/ alternative bus provided when the scheduled bus got broke in midway | |
I booked a bus ticket from red bus app on 02/10/2022 from guwahati to Silchar. the bus company was jagannath travels. when it reached its halfway in Ludrymbai, Meghalaya, we stopped for our lunch at 01:00pm. when we hoped into the bus again at 01:30pm; the driver said they were having some minimal repairs to be done on the bus so that it functions smoothly. So we waited. Then till 04:00 pm neither the driver was telling us anything nor they were arranging an alternative bus for us. There were 10 girls on the bus for whom the place was not safe enough to stay. i contacted Red bus help, but they also denied to help us in anyway. i had the most terrible journey that day just because of the inefficiency of Red Bus team and Jagannath Travels.
