[Resolved]  Redbus — no refund

I booked scania ac seater bus from palakkad to bangalore on 13-05-19.. Bus got punctured at night 2'0 clock and bus company (Universal bus service) didn't provide any alternative till morning 7:30.. They gave only non ac bus that didn't have proper seating and that was till hosur not bangalore.. Called redbus customer service, they told it will take 3 days to process your complaint and after 3 days no response.. I called redbus customer service they told "there is no refund", it is worst bus booking app, my friend booked through goibibo for the same bus and he got refund
