[Resolved]  Redbus — no refund

I booked my bus ticket by REDBUS on 7th June 2019(Ticket number (TIN): TN[protected] from Bangalore to Hyderabad for dated 7th June 2019 that tckt amount was 2123/- Rs. the amount deducted twice. Please help me with refund.my problem is that still i have not received that refund amount in my bank account
After asking for refund they said you’ll get your refund but no refund till date.

I understand that this experience may be causing an inconvenience to you, and I am truly sorry.

During our investigation regarding your issue we realized that two times amount is deducted from your bank account.

We have processed full refund to the mode of payment used by you, for this transaction. The amount has been processed from our end on 24th July, 2019.

Basis the policy of your bank, the amount should reflect in your account within 7 business days.
