Redbus — no refund, no resolution, fraud calls | |||
My Complain is not resolved and they are writing complain resolved. This is fraud complete fraud. I booked a ticket on the name of Mayank kumar from Patna to Delhi Ticket No. N7Z60306389, PNR[protected], SEAT. NO- L4 and Fare Rs. 3360.00. Bus was supposed to depart at 5:00 pm from Patna and reach within 12 hours to Delhi but Bus was delayed by 4 hours and no information was given to passengers and departed at 9:00 pm on 4th of July 2019. Apart from that the Bus got delaying by hours and hours and finally it broke down at Agra- Lucknow Expressway and all the passengers were kept hungry and thirsty and bus driver behaved rudely when the passengers asked for water and food at the Agra- Lucknow Expressway. The Bus reached Delhi at 9:00 pm on 5th of July 2019, which is almost 24 hours. Now I need an explanation with compensation that when you are supposed to reach Delhi in 12 hours it took 24 hours and I had to suffer from a great loss. Why they took the amount of AC 1st Class but gave the worst service? Why Passengers were not given food and water when the Bus Broke down? I want compensation and refund of half of the amount of ticket cost. They also tried to do fraud with me and made calls that we will compensate 60% of the amount and asked for my debit card details with expiry and cvv number as they told it will be a card to card transfer. It's a complete fraud service Red bus is doing. Till date I haven't received any compensation. Don't know what consumer forum is doing in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||
