[Resolved] Redbus — non pick up of passengers at confirmed location | |||
I booked 4 seats for my family through Orange travels on 30 Jun from Bangalore to Hyderabad my boarding point was Yelahanka. I went to Bangalore to see off my brother's son who is going to aboard. I asked the agent can I board the bus at Devanahalli toll gate he gave driver number and asked me to tell him the boarding point and the same was confirmed by the driver that he will pick us from Devanahalli toll gate and not airport toll gate which is just 300 before. I was waiting there from 0830 pm and around 9pm I received a call from driver that bus is at Devanahalli circle which is 4 KM's ahead of toll gate and he asked me to come there. I was totally astonished and baffled after hearing that bus didn't pick us and l begged the trespassers to give me lift upto Devanahalli circle and two good Samaritans gave lift upto to Devanahalli circle on two wheeler. After reaching there after 5 minutes I could not find the bus and called the driver he very harshly replied that bus is running and you come and catch the bus in cab. As I am new to Bangalore I don't know what to do but due to god's grace one tsrtc bus came and it was having exactly 4 seats and I boarded that bus as I have to attend office next day morning. In my 25 years of experience travelled all over India from Assam to Rajasthan to j & k to down south as a soldier of this country travelled in private travels as there was no bus facility at that time but never ever experienced this type of horrible situation in my life. It is not a matter of money but leaving us in unknown place and uttered rash words against me and telling me you do what ever you want and complaint to anyone and we are least bothered. I wil never again board this travels in future and advice the same to fellow brethren. Was this information helpful? | |||
