[Resolved] Redbus — Non refund cancelled ticket amount Rs 1360/=

I booked two ticket s from Bangalore to Kumta in SRS bus and subsequently
cancelled. Proposal number is 9552852 as per message dated 24 Dec 2016.
The amount still not found reflected in my bank account. This day robbery after assuring that the amount will reflected with in 10 days of the proposal.
Red Bus service is one of worst service I ever had .
