[Resolved] Redbus — non refund of booking amount | |
Booked bus ticket through Redbus.in via PNR K6419845 dated 12 Oct 18 from Thrissur to Banglore. The trip was cancelled by the operator. But even after completing almost 1 month, amount is not refunded. I have contacted redbus customer care for refund. Their reply was that the complaint is escalated to the concerned department. Now i have received email stating that the complaint is resolved. But unfortunately i didnt receive my money back. Their reply is not enough clear to understand the solution.
