[Resolved] Redbus — not able to cancel a ticket.

Sir,

I have booked a ticket thru red bus in vivegam travels from coimbatore to srivilliputtur - journey on[protected]. During booking there it is informed that there is no cancellation charges for this vivegam travels until bus departure time of 09:45 pm. I want to cancel one ticket out of two tickets booked. But i could not process it on 26-07-17 at about 0630 pm in your cancellation request. Pl solve this issue and help me in this regard.
