[Resolved]  Redbus — not able to transfer the refund of cancelled ticket from red bus wallet to bank account

Address:B-401, Mont vert oystera, Wakad, Pune, Pune, Maharashtra, 411057

I tried to book tickets from redbus app and because of some ltechnical issue, it got cancelled. After that i got a mail that amount will be credited back in bank account within 5-7 days.

But somehow that amount got credited in redbus wallet. I want you to transfer that amount into my bank account as i'm not a frequent traveler and hence won't be able to use the money.

Upon checking, the money has been credited to your redBus wallet as per your selection.

They mailed me that, refund is initiated on your account but till now I didn't got the money on my wallet.
I used to tried contact the customer service that service was not working.
Company don't have expert call service too.

Sir/Madam kindly solve my issue with this regard.
