[Resolved] Redbus — not able to transfer the refund of cancelled ticket from red bus wallet to bank account | |||
I tried to book tickets from redbus app and because of some ltechnical issue, it got cancelled. After that i got a mail that amount will be credited back in bank account within 5-7 days. Booking id:[protected] Request id: 7600438 But somehow that amount got credited in redbus wallet. I want you to transfer that amount into my bank account as i'm not a frequent traveler and hence won't be able to use the money. I used to tried contact the customer service that service was not working.
Company don't have expert call service too.
