[Resolved]  Redbus — not received my refund

I booked a Hotel in Bangalore for a day's stay through the red bus app. I had an offer at Oyo Orchid Champion.The price was Rs1058 after offer I booked for Rs762.

I tried contacting the hotel earlier before check-in. But the contact info kept redirecting and seemed wrong. I had no other option other than to directly check -in. First provide proper contact details to the users.
After I reached, the receptionist said he cannot provide me the room, because there was a price difference and that he cannot consider the offer code. Immediately I connected to the customer care, all that the customer care person could do was to cancel my booking and provide a refund. You guys don't understand the seriousness of people travelling and in-spite of booking prior to the stay I faced a huge disappointment by not getting a room for more than Half hour.You guys first check the pricing with the hotels first and then fix offer and codes.Stop providing wrong information to us. I raised a refund request ad again paid directly for the room and checked-in.

My frustration hasn't ended there. I still haven't received my refund of rs 762.

I tried calling the customer care, whenever I called the only answer I get is to wait for 2 more days. It;s already more than one and half weeks now. How long do you expect me to wait for a refund that got initiated do to mistake on your side??? It was neither my fault nor I cancelled.
How long should I still wait for the refund??
