Dear team, Please be informed that as per your on time guarantee redbus not moving still not yet departured from boarding point. On times the time was is 7:15pm... As per ticket booking redbus noticed 6:30pm the was departured late.. As per on time guarantee redbus policy.. You should refund amt bcoz bus departured late..
