Redbus — Not refunded my money also not giving it to wallet

I have booked my ticket from lucknow to delhi but it does not booked my ticket and when i say to refund my money in wallet they did not take any action to it i need my money back so i can go there and do job at this covid time i am not having any money to eat also but they not giving it any reaction to my need my order id is[protected]
I need help if you could help me out at this time it will be very helpful

As discussed on the call, we cannot process refund to your redBus wallet. As refund is already processed today. This will reflect in your source account in 5-7 days.
