[Resolved]  Redbus — online ticket booking, no refund received, no resolution from customer care

I was booking the ticket with for my journey from pune to byndoor for 7 feb, 2017 sugama tourists and i was in payment page
For booking tickets for 3 passengers. I initiated the payment of
2443rs. The app was showing 'request cannot be processed due to problem with operator' error.

I thought this is some genuine error and i have not taken the screenshot of the error message. If i knew that this would happen
Next, i would have surely taken screenshot to make a compliant!
I trusted this app that the ticket booking won't happen and continued booking my bus ticket with srs. I booked tickets for 3
Passengers t. I made a payment of 2883rs. For the same.
I got the ticket from srs as the ticket is confirmed and got the confirmation at 10.34pm.
2 minutes later, i got the ticket confirmation from redbus that my sugama tickets is confirmed at 10.36pm.
How this would happen when the ticket booking is cancelled, your ticket is booked without your consent?
I have attached the whatsapp confirmation message confirming the ticket is booked with srs at 10.34pm and with sugama at
10.36pm.

I had raised customer query for the same and all response i got from the customer care was to share the screenshot of the error. I had shared the ticket details, the payment deductions screenshots at 10:32pm and 10:34pm and requested them to resolve the issue.

The customer care didnt acknowledge any of my requests and didnt resolved my issue. After 1 week of follow up, the sent an email saying the ticket booking was normal and there urno error and this is your resolution.

I tried replying this and also tried contacting [protected]@redbus.in, but there is no response.

I have already raised a complaint on this yesterday, the complaint number is 3162607. the complaints team closed the issue within 1 hour by 'copy+paste' of the resolution given by the customer care team for the original issue..

what kind of customer care is this?

I then called the customer care team in the afternoon requesting them to explain "how my ticket booking is normal when my payment debited from my bank account at 10:32PM and I got a confirmation at 10:36PM?" the customer care guy had put my call on hold for 15 minutes and then he told he has raised a new ticket - 3105964. and ASSURED that I WILL get a response from the escalation team within 24 hours. its been 23 hours,
I haven't heard from any 1 from redbus.

How many days need to resolve this ??

So far I have written many emails to [protected]@redbus.in, [protected]@redbus.in, [protected]@redbus.in but there is no resolution given by your team!

I tried calling the customer care team who DONT KNOW what to respond!

Why should I spend so much time to write it again to one more email address? [protected]@redbus.in

I checked my inbox and I could see I got THIRD "Copy+Pasted" response from YOUR CUSTOMER CARE team that confirms that
"ticket was booked as selected and the confirmation was also sent on time, hence we will no be able to take your request forward."

since day 1 I have informing that amount debited at 10:32PM and I got a confirmation at 10:36 PM after I booking the ticket with redbus.. How this will be normal and ON TIME????????? when a customer makes payment online, I should have got the ticket at 10:32PM itself as confirmed by your resolution three times..
I have already shared all the payment details and ticket i got from redbus...

IS THIS CALLED AS RESOLUTION?

I'm canceling my ticket NO: TM2F62016181 BUT I call back later ..my ticket not cancelled our server side...I am also book my another ticket that day traveling that bus only...ticket no : TM2J64285677 so please take my complaint and solve it this problem..

I booked a ticket from ANAND VIHAR (new delhi) to DEHRADUN. When i book my ticket in International tourist centre ( seat no. 17 Ticket no- TN7E[protected].. It's show ₹399 with 50% off.. After applying my wallet money ₹348 + COOL prome code it goes to the ₹26 that was paid through my debit card.. But after payment ₹425 will be deducted from my account.. I trusted this app so i don't take Screenshot that time and when i talk to the customer care, they said that they don't give 50% off on any ticket.. So i take Screenshot of my nearby seat to prove there is 50% on some seats.. Solve this issue ASAP..

I'm put a attachment of seat no. 18 near by me.. (that's the app shows the same at my booking time )
