[Resolved] Redbus — payment not refunded | |
I was trying to book tickets in the Redbus app through Google Pay. Payment got debited but tickets were not booked. while enquiring through their customer care. for that Redbus is replying a standard template that the amount has not credited to their account and I will get the money within 2 working days, if not credited I have to check with the bank. Still I have not received the money. Its been almost a month now. I have been writing to Redbus about this the whole time. Since they told me to check with Bank, i even raised a dispute in google pay and there is no revert from them too. on GPay it is showing payment credited to Redbus (attached screenshot for your reference). when you complaint they are say we are mediator and we don't do any things.
