[Resolved] Redbus — poor service and fraud. | |||
I booked an ac bus from pune to ankleshwar for travel on 3rd november. The bus came late and mattress were not there and ac was not working. The seats were all dirty and when reported to the bus conductor he said we just cleaned it but dust was all over the seats. Charging points were not working and we were told that it will not work. The whole journey was suffocating and when i tried contacting deep travels authority their contact details were switched off. I tried contacting the red bus and reported the issue on the same day but they did nothing on the name of resolution but offer me 180 rupees as a refund. How can 180 and 1800 be equal?
