[Resolved] Redbus — poor service and response | |||||
We have booked 49 seater vehicle for distance of 800 kms oneway. The bus was arrived 5 hours late for pickup result in delay of marriage ceremony. The bus was not in good condition. No head light, water leakage, breakdown sevral times. H ave spoke to red bus representative and there was straight refusal saying no bus available. While returning, the bus was got breakdown again in mid of forest. We have booked another vehicle and reached our place. There were child and women too in the bus and there was no care from redbus and traveller. The complete experience with red bus was nightmare. Red bus is suppose to refund my expenses i. E. 30, 000 inr but still they are making excuses for the bad service. Was this information helpful? | |||||
