[Resolved] Redbus — problem for the refund. | |||||
I booked a ticket from etawah to delhi from redbud for rs 883. But the transaction was failed and i didn't get the ticket. I didn't get my cash back from redbus even after 15 days. I tried to contact redbus by calling the customer care but it didn't connect with the reciever. I lost my money and didn't get the ticket. I is so disappointing from redbus. Red Bus customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Nov 10, 2018 Red Bus Customer Care's response Dear Akshit, Greetings from redBus ! We regret the inconvenience caused. On checking we see that transaction had failed and ticket was not booked. However amount was credited in our account. Hence we've initiated the refund today.
