[Resolved]  Redbus — recharge failed amount not refund

I had tried to recharge airtel no on feb 12 with 199 rs pack. Already i am having 60 rs redbus wallet amount. So it is taking 139 from my hdfc back account.
Recharge failed... I got redbus wallet amount 60 refund tomy redbus account.
139 rs from hdfc account is still not refund

Hi Team,

I used redBus to book a sleeper on GOTOURS and Travels from Hyderabad to Bangalore on 8th Feb 2019.

Throughout the journey, I was constantly bitten by bedbugs and have swelling all over my body. This required medical attention as well.
I have contacted REDBUS multiple times and they are yet to reach out to me on this.
